Bebe Ads, Circa 1990's
Trish conceived of and art directed the advertising for bebe over ten years, while simultaneously expanding the store presence nationally and internationally. The ads, featuring
Charlize Theron
in her first national ad campaign, just before her movie career launched, ran in Vogue, Elle, Vanity Fair, W, and other magazines, on bus shelters throughout the country, billboards, catalogs, and direct mail. The campaign was so successful, it was tracked by people all over the world who anxiously waited for the reveal of the new "bebe girl". The ads were stolen from bus shelters across the United States, and the campaign successfully evolved the bebe brand from a virtual unknown to a globally recognized industry icon.
